Shipping policy

Free shipping on every US order.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Delivery time: Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days to all 50 US states. During peak holiday periods, please allow a few extra days.

Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.

Christmas delivery: To receive your PrintPal before December 25, we recommend ordering by December 10. Orders placed after this date will still ship promptly but we can't guarantee pre-Christmas arrival.

International: We currently ship to the United States only.

Wrong address? Contact us at support@tryprintpal.com within 2 hours of ordering and we'll fix it before it ships.

Lost or damaged in transit? Email us and we'll send a replacement at no cost.
