Welcome to PrintPal. By accessing or purchasing from tryprintpal.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By ordering, you confirm you're an adult purchasing on behalf of yourself or a child in your care.

2. Products and pricing
We do our best to display our products and prices accurately, but errors can happen. We reserve the right to correct any errors, update pricing, or cancel orders affected by inaccurate information, even after an order has been confirmed. All prices are in US dollars. Promotional pricing and discounts are valid only for the stated period and can't be applied retroactively.

3. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, stock issues, or pricing errors. You'll receive an email confirmation once your order is accepted. If we cancel an order after payment, you'll receive a full refund.

4. Shipping
Shipping terms, delivery estimates, and coverage are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided.

5. Returns and refunds
Our 30-day money-back guarantee and return process are described in our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Product use and safety
PrintPal is designed for children aged 4 and up and should be used under adult supervision, particularly during setup. Thermal paper and small parts may pose a choking hazard to very young children. Use the product only as intended and in accordance with the included instructions. We're not responsible for damage or injury resulting from misuse.

7. AI-generated content
PrintPal uses artificial intelligence to generate images from spoken prompts. AI output is unpredictable and may occasionally produce unexpected or imperfect results. We don't guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of any generated image.

8. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — text, images, logos, design — is owned by or licensed to PrintPal and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our written permission.

9. User conduct
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it.

10. Disclaimer of warranties
Except as expressly stated in our Return and Refund Policy, the Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrintPal will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold PrintPal harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site or products.

13. Third-party links and services
The Site may link to or integrate third-party services. We're not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.

15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the new Terms.
